We've all faced seasons where we've asked ourselves: "What am I supposed to be doing in this life?" Join us for a three month, cohort-based course to discover what God is calling you to do, how to overcome growth obstacles, and find the freedom to move forward.

About Our Courses
The Anchor Leadership courses are designed to encourage participants to invest their time and energy into weekly content, participate in small groups, and be thoughtful and considerate within their self-discoveries and assignments.
Courses can contain assigned reading materials, supplemental learning videos, group questions, self-discovery questions, and submitted assignments. We expect participants to consider the time and energy cost prior to committing.
Who Can Participate
Designed to learn, grow, and flourish in the context of community, our courses are hosted in-person in Virginia Beach, VA, with online access and completion aspects.
The Discovering Your Purpose course is designed for both men and women seeking growth in their calling and leadership development. Participants will be placed in gender-specific small groups.
Not based in Hampton Roads?
While each seminar and course is hosted in-person in Virginia Beach, enrollment (after the featured in-person semester) will give you access to our recorded sessions so you can join the community from afar.
